Healthy pancakes?

Yes. Healthy and delicious. I followed this recipe from Stephanie Cooks and they were totally satisfying. I used honey instead of syrup.

Ice Cream Party!

That's it, I'm done! Last week we went up to my sister's in NY. It was a very busy week with zero downtime. One wedding, one First Holy Communion and one Baptism (my twins, does that count as two?) later and we were headed home. I was exhausted from being off schedule and running around all week. So what do I do when I get home? Have an ice cream party for the newest 2 year old in the house, of course. It actually wasn't all that tough or time consuming putting it all together. Here are some pictures of the before (before each and every child was covered in vanilla or chocolate ice cream).

Mason Jar Salsa

Is anyone else all over this? I've been seeing pins on Pinterest for a while about using a mason jar with your blender and I finally did it. Am I glad I did! I first tried a margarita (summer must) because I was craving one at the time. It did the job and then some. You can make anything in these things. Today I made salsa and it tastes like the salsa you get at a Mexican restaurant. So good.

Cute Frame

Stopped by Centsational Girl today....had my eye on this frame in her daughter's newly made-over room. So I gave it a shot.

So now I just need to put something, or someone, cute in it and land it somewhere.

Play dough Yay!!!

J and I made play dough today. We got the recipe from here. It was so easy to make and it was something to do on a rainy day. Making, mixing and then playing with the dough was just the thing she loves the most! We added some fine glitter. It didn't come off on our hands, like I thought it would, and it picks up whatever color you mix it in. So neat!
